1. Nasarawa State enjoys the lowest crime rate and best peace rate compared to its Neighbours.
2. There is at least one school and one Primary Health Centre rehabilitated or constructed in the 147 electoral wards in the state in the last year.
3. At least 25 courts are being constructed or rehabilitated across the 13 LGAs through active partnership with the Judiciary under the first Female Chief Judge of the State Justice Aisha Bashir, and implementation of the autonomy of the Judiciary.
4. The civil service is undergoing reforms with training and retraining of staff across all cadres.
5. Integrated transports system designed and about to be unveiled with the completion of the Lafia and Mararaba Mega Bus Terminals.
6. In order to implement the Nasarawa Economic Development Strategy of Engr. A A Sule more than 30 Bills have so far been conveyed to the the NSHA and most of them have been passed,
7. in addition to establishing the Nasarawa State Investment Development Agency (NASIDA) and employment of one of the youngest investment lawyers in Nigeria to head the Agency Ibrahim Abdullahi (under 30) leading to signing of landmark Agreements and MOUs for new ventures and enterprises in the State through the states PPP framework.
8. Concessions of most of the states moribund investment outfits like the three Fatilizer blending plants, the Nasarawa Luxury Hotel Lafia, the NAS Water and many more has so far created thousands of jobs.
9. With the Governor’s approval for employment in the Tertiary institutions in the state and the appointment of more teachers and lawyers into the state service, thousands of young people have been employed.
10. More than 12 Executive Orders so far signed to entrench policies.
11. Most legacy projects of the former administrations have been completed leaving only the lafia airport still ongoing.

16. Major players in the Nigerian economy from the Dangotes to FMN to the AZMANs to Infinity Realtors etc are all trooping to the state to invest because of the peaceful atmosphere and prospects.
17. Nasarawa State is rated among the best economic destinations in Nigeria today.
18. To stimulate local economies new markets are under construction in Akwanga, Nasarawa Eggon and the Keffi Modern Neigbourhood market and Town Square plus museum of culture of Nasarawa People.
19. Major security outposts constructed in Toto and Loko road to enhance security and peace.
20. Social Investment Programme of paying N5000 to the poorest of the poor monthly ongoing across the state.
21. Most General Hospitals have been rehabilitated or equipped including the Dalhatu Araf Specialist Hospital Lafia.
22. Ongoing economically viable roads are Udege Road, Ara Road both in Nasarawa LGA. Arusu- Dari- Bassa Roads in Kokona LGA. Moroe Road in Akwanga LGA. Sisimbaki- Farin Ruwa - Kwarra Road in Wamba .
23. Many township roads in Lafia. Obi- Assakio Road, Akpanaja Roads etc .
24. The benevolent disposition of HE A A Sule in handling complex situations and divergent views even within the party is the reason why APC in Nasarawa State continues to grow in strength. Opposition in the state has largely been degraded. All remaining opposition members in the National Assembly and the State House of Assembly joined the APC while citing the Governor’s kindness as part of their reasons.
25. Enhanced salaries for law officers and magistrates, with support to procure mobility for senior law officers and magistrates in the state enhanced efficiency and quality of justice delivery.
26. Regular and prompt payment of salaries to civil servants and pensioners has balanced the micro economic equilibrium in the state.

28. The Governor’s evident transparency and fairness in the management of affairs has reduced mutual suspicion and ethnic tension in the state.
