Elon musk pays Hostess $250,000 to keep quiet over sexual harassment

Aflight attendant who accused SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk of sexually harassing her on a flight in 2016, was reportedly paid $250,000 to remain silent on the matter. The air hostess was paid by SpaceX in 2018 to settle the claim of sexual misconduct against Elon Musk. NBA to protest against bad roads in Aba

The Nigerian Bar Association, Aba branch, is currently unhappy with the government due to the bad roads in their community. While expressing their unhappiness about the development, the association noted that they will take action on the issue.

The NBA in a statement signed by the chairman, Bertram Faotu and its secretary, Chinedu Nwaozuzu; the association would embark on a street protest to register their displeasure about the poor state of the road.

In the statement titled, ‘Resolution of the Nigerian Bar Association, Aba Branch at the monthly General Meeting held on Friday, November 12, 2021, at the Chief Eman C. Akwiwu Bar Centre, High Court, Aba; on the state of Aba roads,’ the lawyers noted that the bad roads have been a great challenge to the people of the town.

“The members of NBA, Aba Branch on Friday during its general meeting debated on the dilapidated state of Aba roads in the extant and the challenges being faced by the residents of Aba as well as people visiting the town for one reason or the other.

“In consideration, the members unanimously agreed and resolved on the following; That the branch will as soon as possible conduct a press conference on the dilapidated condition of the Aba roads and the challenges associated thereto.
 
“That the branch as a follow-up will on Tuesday the 23rd day of November 2021 meet at the Aba High Court by 7 am and embark on a street protest on the dilapidated condition of Aba roads,” the statement read.
