Elon musk pays Hostess $250,000 to keep quiet over sexual harassment

Aflight attendant who accused SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk of sexually harassing her on a flight in 2016, was reportedly paid $250,000 to remain silent on the matter. Benue LG chairman condemns killing of farmers

Gunmen on Thursday killed a man and his two sons in an ambush at Ore community along the Ore Egbeba Road, Apa-Agila Council Ward, in the Ado Local Government Area of Benue State.

The victims, identified as Mr Enogu, Chigbo Enogu and Sunday Enogu, were said to have been attacked while returning from their farm.

The Ado Chairman, Chief James Oche, confirmed the incident in a telephone interview with our correspondent.

Oche said he received the news of the murder with shock, adding that the council had made contact with security agents, who were trailing the perpetrators.

He described the killing as barbaric and urged security agents to bring the perpetrators to book.

While commiserating with the family of the deceased, the chairman disclosed that some arrests had been made.

“I want to urge the people of the area to remain peaceful and law abiding. I can assure you that my administration is committed towards protecting the lives and property of the good people of Ado,” Oche added.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Sewuese Anene, confirmed the incident.

He said, “Yes, there is such a case, but I don’t have the details yet. When I get the full details, I will call you back.”

Anene had yet to call back our correspondent as of the time of filing this report.
