Elon musk pays Hostess $250,000 to keep quiet over sexual harassment

Aflight attendant who accused SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk of sexually harassing her on a flight in 2016, was reportedly paid $250,000 to remain silent on the matter. The air hostess was paid by SpaceX in 2018 to settle the claim of sexual misconduct against Elon Musk. Kwara police launches manhunt for kidnappers of District head

The Kwara State Police Command says it is on the trail of gunmen who kidnapped a district head, the Mogaji Erubu in Ilorin Emirate, Dr Zubair Erubu, on Thursday night.

The district head was reportedly kidnapped at Ago-Oja on Ilorin-Afon road in the Asa Local Government Area of the state.

Zubair, a retired permanent secretary and medical practitioner in the state, was reportedly abducted around 10pm on Thursday while on his way home after attending to patients at his private medical facility in Ilorin.

A member of his family, who spoke on condition of anonymity, confirmed the incident, adding that the family had yet to be contacted by the abductors.

The state police command confirmed the abduction in a terse statement on Friday.

The spokesman for the command, SP Ajayi Okasanmi, said the Commissioner of Police, Tuesday Assayomo, had directed a rescue operation to ensure the timely release of the victim from the kidnappers’ den.

He said, “The kidnap incident is confirmed. The commissioner of Police, CP Tuesday Assayomo, ordered a discreet investigation, rescue and arrest of the kidnappers immediately he got the information.”
